Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.


Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days depending on shipping method.

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and carrier.


Delays and Liability

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.


Issues With Your Order

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at info@caja59.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
